THE STANDARD IN EVENT AND HOSPITALITY RENTALS
TWR is a premium event rental house built on one obsession - bringing hotel-grade polish to every suite, ballroom, ceremony lawn and conference floor we touch.
From the brass-finished vanity mirror in a bride's room to the cold sparklers that mark an entrance, our inventory covers both halves of an event: the equipment that makes it run, and the effects that make it land. Wiring is concealed, crews are uniformed, and every setup is documented for the property.
We work to hotel standards because we work inside hotels - which means fewer approvals, faster load-ins and no surprises on the day, whether it's a wedding, a product launch or a three-day conference.
Based in Malad East, we deliver across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane, and manage delivery to venues right across India, Pune, Lonavala, Udaipur and Goa included. Every item is quoted against your event rather than sold at a fixed rate, and delivery, installation, testing and load-out are part of the booking rather than separate charges.

Which areas do you deliver event equipment to?
Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane are standard, and we manage delivery to venues right across India, including Pune, Lonavala, Udaipur and Goa. Outstation events need around 21 days' notice, or 45 days in peak season.

How do I get a price?
Every item is quoted against your event rather than sold at a fixed rate, because cost depends on duration, quantity, delivery location and whether an operator is needed. Send the catalogue numbers and your dates and you'll have a costed list back, usually the same day.

Is delivery and setup included?
Yes. Delivery, installation, testing, documentation and load-out are part of every booking, not separate charges. Our own uniformed crew handles all of it.

Can I rent just one item?
Yes, subject to a minimum order value that varies by delivery location. Combined orders across categories work out more cost-effective per item.

Do the SFX come with an operator?
Yes. Cold pyro, low fog, confetti, flame and flower effects are all crew-operated, cued with your planner or production team on the day.

What if I need something that isn't in the catalogue?
Tell us. Alongside our full equipment catalogue, we provide housekeeping staff, wire management, valet solutions and additional on-ground crew.
